Venues and Associations

For a more updated list of shows and venues, double check my blog or my Facebook as I update those more frequently.

Coast Collective

The Coast Collective Art Centre was closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and has been reborn as the Visual Arts Program for the Arts and Culture Colwood Society.  The Coast Collective visual arts program now hosts several art events each year, including the annual traditions of the Bloom show, and the Gifts and Wishes holiday show.  Keep an eye on my social media to see which events I will participate in.

Island Artisans Association

This is a group of local artisans working in a variety of mediums.  At this point, I am a past member of this group, but they are very much worth checking out for any artisans in or around Victoria looking for like-minded creative people.

My Online Store

I maintain a small inventory in my Etsy store, so please have a look.  You can also contact me to see if any other pieces from my gallery are available, and I can post them in Etsy for you.  The same goes for commissions.  Etsy is an excellent way to manage out of town and especially international sales as its software will make sure to convert currency correctly and display prices and shipping costs in your local currency.

Red at the Coast Collective

From February 1 to February 26, Wednesday to Sunday, at their new Wale Rd location in Colwood, BC, the Coast Collective is running its Red show.  The official description for the show is: "Red is energizing. It sets our emotions alive and motivates us to take action. This show is all about the power of RED - in paintings, photography, glass art, sculpture and fabric art."  I have four pieces in the show, one of which is featured on the official show poster, much to my delight!  This show is an excellent place to pick up unique, locally hand-crafted gifts for your loved ones this Valentine's Day.

Small Treasures

A gallery show at the Coast Collective running from November 2 to November 20, this show is a "Gallery exhibition of smaller works of fine art perfect for gifting."  I have a sea glass necklace in the show, and many new pieces in the Coast Collective gift shop at the same location.  The opening reception is November 4, 7-9pm.

Gifts for Myself and Others 2016

A high-quality juried Christmas Crafts show put on by the Island Artisan Association each year at the Leonardo Da Vinci Centre in Victoria, BC.  This year, the show is on November 19th and 20th.  You can look for my pieces at the Gallery Shoppe.

Gifts and Wishes 2016

From November 23 to December 23, the Coast Collective transforms its gallery space into a month-long Christmas Crafts show featuring artwork from its gift shop artists and newcomers.  This beautiful show is a wonderful way to buy unique, local, hand-crafted items as Christmas gifts.  I will have several new pieces available in this show.

Bloom 9 at the Coast Collective

Bloom 9 at the Coast Collective

Celebrate spring at the Coast Collective with their 9th annual Bloom show!  Showcasing a variety of bright, bold floral-inspired works, this show is a tradition going back to the very beginning of the Coast Collective.  The 2017 show runs from March 29 to April 16, Wednesday to Sunday, with the opening reception on Saturday April 1 from 1:00 to 3:00pm.  I have a Forget-me-not Fringe necklace in the show and will be at the opening reception on Saturday if you want to chat.
